Bay Breeze Hotel is located approximately 14 miles from Miami International Airport and five miles from South Beach, Ocean Drive, and Lincoln Road Mall. The hotel is across the street from the beach, three miles from Aventura Mall and the upscale shops of Bal Harbour, four miles from Sans Souce Plaza and the Jackie Gleason Theater, and 10 miles from the Miami Space-Trans Planetarium. Hotel amenities include an outdoor heated pool and a sun deck with tables, chairs, and chaise lounges. The hotel also offers concierge assistance, coin-operated laundry facilities and 24-hour front desk service. All rooms feature dial-up Internet access (fee applies), complimentary toiletries, hairdryers (on request), irons and ironing boards (on request), and cable TV. The Remodeled Double/Double room gives a welcoming, nautic feeling that is pleasing to the eyes and leaves a calming sensation. It has two double beds, cable TV, hair dryer, iron and ironing board and simplistic furniture. Guests also have access to the amenities of the nearby Deauville Hotel which include complimentary wireless internet for all registered hotel guests, use of the Fitness Center, pool and beach lounge chairs, pool side umbrellas, beach towels, in room refrigerator and safety box. Parking will not be available until the completion of the parking tower scheduled for late 2008. Rates are based on double occupancy. Charges for extra adults may apply and will be due directly to the hotel. Prior to the completion of your reservation, you'll see a Taxes & Fees line that includes an amount equal to the property's resort fee of 9.20 USD per day (10.00 USD including tax recovery charge), that will then be included in the total charge.
