A brown-red color modern concrete building with windows, 12-floor rise and recently renovate in 2004.

All rooms are medium sized, with well appointed facility and decorated with a bit classic touch furnishing set, although its simple with basic in-room lighting but still give an easy comfort homey feeling. The bathroom maintained with good condition, small sized, simply decorated in beige color tile and marble stone bath sink.

The little cafe right adjacent to hotel's lobby, could only capable for around 25 people, also as a coffee shop for day time hang around.

Lobby is very small, with a few seating place available, high ceiling, classical chandelier and white color marble flooring create an airy and elegant stylish place to stay.

This hotel is located at a quiet neighbor near from one of Kaohsiung city's popular shopping places, SOGO and Mitsukoshi department stores are few steps away. 15 minutes ride away from Kaohsiung international airport and Kaohsiung Railway Station. Also around 10 minutes to reach to two local exhibition venues or famous site spot "Love River"of this beautiful harbour city down south Taiwan.
