Most of the rooms are medium in size with basic furniture but well preserved and so are the bathrooms.
There is no restaurant at the hotel and the breakfast is taken in the courtyard patio.
There is a very small lobby and reception. No seats, but ample seating space in the courtyard.
The hotel is located in the Condado area, nearby the San Juan Marriott hotel and is within a walking distance from Condado beach.
