The complex has a 400-meter long dazzling beach area that is combining with sand and a terrace. It is located 60km from Heraklion airport (HER). This hotel is not suitable for people with walking difficulties or disabled as it is situated up on a hill.
Accommodation
The complex includes rooms, bungalows and maisonettes. Each accommodation was entirely renovated during 2005 and its décor is elegant and luxurious inspired by the Mediterranean style. All room types are spacious and provide a sitting area, balcony with superb views, a double or two single beds, one or two well appointed marble bathrooms and some of them an infinity sharing pool.
Food & Beverage
The hotel has two restaurants, one of them A la Carte and the other one serving breakfast and dinner in a rich open buffet style (international and local cuisines). It also comprises of a living room, an indoor and an outdoor restaurant, an indoor and an outdoor cafeteria, a pool bar, beach bar and lobby bar.
All Inclusive Food & Drinks
The AI programme consists of early breakfast (05:00-07:00), American breakfast (07:30-10:00), lunch (12:00-14:00), dinner (18:30-21:30) and late arrivals dinner (22:00-01:00, cold buffet plus soups or cold plates in room), all buffet style, served in the main restaurant. Also at the disposal of the AI guests is the snack bar (late breakfast: 10:00-11:00, lunch: 12:00-15:00 ? open daily) and the A la Carte restaurant (theme dinner once weekly, 19:00-24:00 ? open six days/week). Gala dinner takes place once a week (upon reservation). Snacks such as sandwiches, toasts, chips, pies, etc are available at the beach bar and at the pool bar between 10:00 & 18:00 (last order 17:30). Coffee break is from 16:00-17:00 at the snack bar. Locally produced alcoholic & non-alcoholic drinks are served at the beach bar (10:00-18:00, last order 17:30), the pool bar (10:00-18:00, last order 17:30), the lobby bar (17:00-24:00, last order 23:45) and the wine bar (17:00-24:00, last order 23:45). In-room mini bars are filled with two soft drinks per person, two bottles of water, two beers, one big fruit basket and one bottle of house wine.

The complex offers multilateral sport facilities that should definitely come up to the expectations of every active holidaymaker that visits the grounds. The sport facilities include: swimming pools, tennis, basketball and volleyball, crazy golf, mini soccer, two red clay courts, table tennis and billiards as well. At the private beach of the complex, multiple sea sports, including scuba diving center and scuba diving school, as well as organized beach services are at guests disposal, for the vacation of a lifetime. Hairdresser available by appointment. Children?s paddling pool, play ground, baby sitting (on request), early supper and day time activities for children are also available. Also traditional Greek nights, animation happenings and wedding receptions are often held extremely successfully, aiming at guests absolute satisfaction. Cretan evenings with local music and dances, B.B.Q. evenings, funny games, contests and other activities are organized on a weekly basis for holiday entertainment.
