• The Lodge: The restaurant offers an intimate feel, yet the old Medieval hay drying room, with it's high ceilings, oak beams, and unique triangular windows, creates a real grand rustic feel. The delicious food, created by renowned chef Martyn Emsen and his team, is prepared fresh to order with many seasonal ingredients sourced from the hotel's grounds. Guests are asked that if they wish to dine in the restaurant that they pre-book to avoid disappointmant. The restaurant is closed on Sundays and Mondays.
