Tropical Shores Beach Resort is a quaint resort located directly on Siesta Key, minutes from downtown Sarasota and 15 miles from Sarasota Bradenton International Airport. Tropical Shores is located gulf-side with no roads to cross to get the beach, just a one-minute walk from the resort to Crescent Beach located directly on Siesta Key. This colorful Key West style resort includes comfortable and clean efficiencies with free wireless Internet, a swimming pool, shuffleboard, three tiki-hut BBQ areas, and over two acres of lush tropical gardens. Tropical Shores is most often recognized for exceptional cleaning standards and excellent customer service. All accommodations offer a garden view not a beach view. Private beach access is provided. Hotel surroundings are very lush and tropical providing a true island like atmosphere. Tropical Sun is our sister-resort located right next to Tropical Shores. Tropical Sun operates out of the same office and is located on the same property. Charming and ideal for customers looking for a less expensive option to Tropical Shores. The bathrooms at Tropical Sun are smaller offering a stand up shower. Tropical Sun offers private beach, garden areas, tiki-hut grill areas, heated pool, laundry facilities, and full daily housekeeping. It is 100 yards from the beach but located beach side. Both resorts are located in Sara Sea Circle on the south end of Siesta Key. Accommodations provide custom kitchens with built in microwaves and full size refrigerators. Rates are based on double occupancy. Charges for extra adults may apply and will be due directly to the hotel.
